Users are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services for commercial use.

No part of the content can be reproduced as is without written permission. Content provided to User are for User's personal use.
Warranty and Disclaimer
The app is intended to use only for educational purposes as a reference manual.
The app is not intended to replace any medical advice nor is a standard reference.
The application is provided as is and without any warranty to any kind of loss/damage.
Subscription & Free TierÂ
Pearls of Words offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. The free tier includes limited creation of user pearls and cabinets. Pro features — including iCloud sync, themes, and unlimited creation — require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Medical Content DisclaimerÂ
Clinical pearls within the app — including content across oncology, cardiology, pharmacology, and other specialties — are intended solely for educational and reference purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical guidelines, or professional recommendations. This content must not be used as the basis for patient care decisions. Always exercise independent clinical judgement and consult current guidelines and qualified professionals. The developers accept no liability for clinical decisions made in reliance on content within this app.
User-Generated ContentÂ
Pearls and cabinets you create within the app are your own content. They are stored on your device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in your private Apple iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or retain user-generated content. You may permanently delete all user-generated content at any time via Settings → Reset.
Preloaded ContentÂ
All preloaded pearls, cabinets, and curated collections within the app are the intellectual property of the developer. They may not be extracted, reproduced, distributed, or repurposed in any form without prior written permission.
iCloud SyncÂ
iCloud sync is a Pro feature and is disabled by default. When enabled, your data is stored in your private Apple iCloud account and governed by Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We have no access to data stored in your iCloud account. Disabling iCloud sync or allowing your Pro subscription to lapse does not delete your data — it remains on your device.
Apple App Store & EULAÂ
This app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. This End User Licence Agreement is between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for this app. All purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's standard App Store policies.
Updates, Maintenance and Support
We may from time to time make available to users, updates at no cost or subject to additional fees at our sole discretion. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Agreement, we will have no obligation to continue producing or releasing new versions of Pearls of Words app or any updates thereto.
General
This agreement is governed by Indian Law. User agrees that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to these Terms of Use shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located In Bangalore, India to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country.
